Joining the Bambini family
To begin the conversation about your childcare needs, please call 1300 945 745, where one of the experienced enrolment team will be only too happy to assist you with getting started.
We encourage families to book a tour of our services to view our environments and experience the Bambini difference.
Joining the Waitlist
To avoid disappointment, we encourage you join our waitlist if you are booking ahead ,or if an immediate booking is requested, this will be offered based on availability in the requested age group.
To join our waitlist, we require a $50 payment which is payable online, over the phone or to your services Centre Coordinator.
Securing a spot
Once we have determined your requirements for your child and a spot becomes available, you will be emailed an official offer. An enrolment booklet with key information on your experience moving forward with us, a direct debit form and our policy and procedures document are all emailed at this time.
Confirming your child’s place
To confirm your child’s place, we ask families to pay a non-refundable enrolment administration fee of $180, and a bond. The bond is calculated by the number of days your child attends per week x 4 weeks. The bond is transferred to your bond account, and is offset against the last months fees, when you give us four weeks’ notice in writing that your child is leaving Bambini.
When the enrolment fee and bond are received, your booking is confirmed.
The Countdown to the first day
The countdown begins until your child’s next big adventure and first day in our care. Prior to your child’s first day, your Centre Coordinator will be in touch to organise an orientation session. During your orientation, you will receive a Bambini welcome pack full of special Bambini treats to help along this new journey.
At Bambini we have a minimum two-day enrolment requirement per child. Attending Bambini for two days or more per week helps your child to feel comfortable, build bonds with their educators and to be able to happily immerse themselves in the learning programs.
